1.1 What is your delivery time?
We strive to have your orders delivered to your home within 3 working days (for the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium). Orders placed before 4 pm will be sent the same day.
Large furniture that has to be made (custom made) will come to you within 3 weeks. In the unlikely event that we take longer than we will keep you informed.
1.2 What are the shipping costs?
We ship with Post NL and DPD. Large furniture is sent by a local transporter.
- Letterbox package within the Netherlands: € 3.95
- Package within the Netherlands: € 6.95
- Package within the Netherlands or Belgium with extra conditions (extra insured, extra large) max € 8, – extra
- Transport company Transmission for large items that are not sent by mail within the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium: max. € 100, – (depending on the size and if it can be carried by 1 or 2 people of the transport company)
The products are selected on size and weight. Depending on this, it is sent as a letterbox, parcel post or goods transport.
We try to keep the shipping costs as low as possible so that you have more fun with your purchase. That is why we use different shipping methods, matching the product and your convenience. If you live in the area and have ordered something, it is sometimes even cheaper to pick it up. Please contact us for this and we will announce a favorable day and time.
1.3 Are you mentioned prices of items in or excluding VAT?
All our mentioned prices of items are including VAT.
1.4 Do I always receive confirmation when I place my order?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation of order and shipment at the e-mail address you provided.
1.5 I accidentally ordered a wrong product, can I still change / cancel this?
Of course! You can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel or change a product.
1.6 If I have reservations about my order, can I return it?
Of course! Incosi Collections gives its customers a cooling-off period of 14 days. If you still have doubts about your purchase, for whatever reason, you may return the item. You can use the Model Form for revocation, which can be found in our General Terms and Conditions and in Shipping & Returns. Customized items are however excluded.
1.7 How do I return an item?
Are you not completely satisfied and do you want to exchange or return an item? No problem! Within 14 days after receipt of the order you can return the items without problems. You can use your right of withdrawal by using the Model Form for revocation. This form can be found in our General Terms and Conditions. You can also receive a return form after request by e-mail (email@example.com). Print this out and follow the steps. Add this form to the package, otherwise your return will not be processed.
Keep the following in mind when returning:
- Make sure you return your return within 14 days after receipt of your order;
- The items must be returned in their original condition. Also make sure that the whole is well packaged so that it can not be damaged during transport.
- The costs for returning are for your own account. When you exchange an item for something else, we will send the exchange order to you free of charge.
- Returned items are not taken back if they are washed, they are damaged and / or you have tried to repair a damage yourself.
- You are only liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods, which goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Your return will be confirmed by e-mail after receipt of your package. Amounts to be repaid are paid as quickly as possible (usually within 5 working days after receipt of the return shipment), but at the latest within 14 days after the cancellation.
Do you want to return an item because it is damaged? Mention this and also take pictures of the damage!
1.8 Can I also order by telephone or e-mail?
Only customers who do not live in the Netherlands, Belgium or Germany can order an article by email, or inquire about the shipping costs and payment methods.
1.9 I can no longer find a product online, is it sold out?
Yes. As soon as an item is no longer online, it is sold out.
Incosi Collections does its best to offer a varied selective assortment, so that there are often only a few (or unique one-off) products in stock.
