Order through the website
In our webshop you will find the items that can be ordered. This goes through the ordering system, where you can select your favorite items and quantities. In the order overview you will always see an overview of your ordered items.

In a secure environment (encrypted) you enter your personal details so that we can send your order. Then you select the payment method and confirm your order, after which the purchase agreement is concluded

Delivery in the Netherlands
The delivery costs for the Netherlands are at least € 6.95 and a maximum of € 75.00 per shipment (for very large furniture). The delivery costs are calculated and displayed when you complete your order.

Delivery in Germany or Belgium
The delivery costs for Germany or Belgium are at least € 8.75 and a maximum of € 75 per shipment (for very large furniture). The delivery costs are calculated and displayed when you complete your order.

If desired, you can pick up your ordered products from Incosi Collections. This is advisable if you live in the area.

Delivery time
The delivery times stated in the articles are indicative delivery times. If you order before 4 pm on weekdays, your order will be shipped the same day. Some items are delivered directly by the supplier. This is also indicated with the product information. We have no influence on the delivery times of these shipments.

Prices
All prices mentioned on the website include VAT.

Validity
All offers are valid as long as they are in stock.

Method of delivery
Depending on the composition, your order will be delivered by our carrier or by mail. If your order can be sent as a postal package, PostNL (and in your country your local Postal service) or DPD will take care of the delivery. Upon shipment you will receive a track & trace number as soon as your order is shipped and delivered to PostNL or DPD.

You must place a signature for receipt. With a standard delivery, a package is offered twice to the recipient or his or her neighbors. If the package is not delivered, it is then available at a collection location where it is available for 2 weeks. You will receive a message about this in the mailbox. After 2 weeks, the package will be sent to the return address on the label (Incosi Collections).

Return at Incosi Collections:
For orders placed via the web shop of Incosi Collections a maximum view term of 14 days after receipt applies unless otherwise stated. The view term does not apply to custom-made products. After the expiration of the view term, the purchase agreement is a fact. The return shipping costs are for the account of the customer (not for damaged items). Do you want to return an item because it is damaged? Mention this too!

Right of withdrawal:
You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, physically receives the good. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of an unequivocal statement (for example in writing, by post-Incosi Collections, Mulderstraat 21, 5855 CD Well or e-mail: info (at) incosi.com). to revoke. You can use the standard form for withdrawal (PDF) sent by us, but you are not obliged to do so. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your statement regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of the cancellation: If you cancel the agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to that moment, including delivery costs (with the exception of any extra costs as a result of your choice for a different method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) without delay and in any case no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract, from us back. We will pay you back with the same payment method with which you made the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged for such reimbursement. We may wait with reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have shown that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first. You must return the goods to us without delay, but in any case not later than 14 days after the day on which you have notified us of the decision to cancel the agreement. You are on time if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired. The direct costs of returning the goods are at your expense. You are only liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods, which goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Guarantee:
The legal guarantee applies to our articles. This means that a product is or must do what a consumer can reasonably expect. The standard warranty period is 1 year after the delivery date, without prejudice to the legal rights.
